Participation and Conduct
During the term of this Agreement, Best Computer Solution, Inc. grants to you
a terminable at will non-exclusive license to use and display the Service, and
to download materials available through the Service, all solely for your personal,
non-commercial use. You may not transfer, assign, sub-license, lend, or re-sell
the rights granted under this license. You may not link to our site if you sell
ads on your site or if you charge a subscription fee to use or access your site.
No deep linking directly to articles is permitted if you sell ads on your site
or if you charge a subscription fee to use or access your site. Any use in violation
of these limits shall constitute a violation of the terms of this license. Absolutely

IF YOU DOWNLOAD EXECUTABLE PROGRAMS FROM THE SERVICE, THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF SUCH PROGRAMS IS ASSUMED BY YOU. BCS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF OR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY SUCH PROGRAMS, AND BCS24HRS.COM. SIMILAR DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY
EXECUTABLE PROGRAM OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF BCS HAS BEEN ADVISED
OF THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BCS TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU
FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE)
RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED $100.
BCS may give notice to you through general posting on the Service, through postal notification or through E-mail notification, in its sole discretion. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of Ohio, as applied to contracts entered into and performed
within Ohio. You agree to grant jurisdiction over yourself to the courts of Hamilton
County and designate it as the forum for resolution of all disputes arising under

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Best Computer Solution reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Best Computer Solution reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2,000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard and American Express,
Discover and Papal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases
with Best Computer Solution. Please be sure to provide you’re exact billing
address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank
has on file for you). For your protection, we will only ship to the billing address
of your Credit Card. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your
order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order. If unauthorized
use of your credit card should occur, please notify the issuing bank of your credit
Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Best Computer Solution accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Best Computer Solution cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Best Computer Solution does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are subject to stock availability. We are not responsible for shipping damage. Any damage claim must be made with the shipping company.
Shipping Rates & Terms
Best Computer Solution shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to states in which we have a location. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. In the event of a partial refund, the applicable sales tax will also be refunded.
All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days on merchandise and monitors from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Sierra Wireless Card has a 1-year limited manufacture warranty. All computers have a one-year limited warranty. Computers under warranty will only relate to hardware issues, if the repair is a software related, the customer will be billed for _ the normal hourly rate. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties may be available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. Best Computer Solution will provide on-line technical notes on most computer hardware & software products.
