Participation and Conduct

During the term of this Agreement, Best Computer Solution, Inc. grants to you a terminable at will non-exclusive license to use and display the Service, and to download materials available through the Service, all solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not transfer, assign, sub-license, lend, or re-sell the rights granted under this license. You may not link to our site if you sell ads on your site or if you charge a subscription fee to use or access your site. No deep linking directly to articles is permitted if you sell ads on your site or if you charge a subscription fee to use or access your site. Any use in violation of these limits shall constitute a violation of the terms of this license. Absolutely no framing of our site is permitted.

Bcs24hrs.com reserves the right to monitor content posted on the Service, and to modify or remove any messages or postings that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, defamatory, in violation of the copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual property right of any third party or otherwise inappropriate for the Service. Notices

BCS may give notice to you through general posting on the Service, through postal notification or through E-mail notification, in its sole discretion. General

Any failure by BCS to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of any rights under such provision. In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Indemnity

In the event you breach the terms of this license, or if, any claims are made against BCS (its employees, officers or directors resulting from your actions) you shall be liable to BCS for all damages, costs, judgments, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that it incurs.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, as applied to contracts entered into and performed within Ohio. You agree to grant jurisdiction over yourself to the courts of Hamilton County and designate it as the forum for resolution of all disputes arising under this Agreement.

This Agreement states the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Service, and all prior or contemporaneous agreements are merged herein and superseded hereby.
Cookies

The Service collects no personally identifying information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. The Service may place a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain any personally identifying information but enables the Service to manage advertisements presented to you or to customize the Service based on your preferences. Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Best Computer Solution reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Best Computer Solution reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2,000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Discover and Papal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Best Computer Solution. Please be sure to provide you’re exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). For your protection, we will only ship to the billing address of your Credit Card. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order. If unauthorized use of your credit card should occur, please notify the issuing bank of your credit card immediately.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

Best Computer Solution accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. Best Computer Solution cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Policy

Best Computer Solution does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All shipments are subject to stock availability. We are not responsible for shipping damage. Any damage claim must be made with the shipping company.

Shipping Rates & Terms

Estimated delivery 14 to 20 days following shipment
Hardware, Software, Electronics, and Clearance products usually ship via UPS - tracking information provided when available.

If you choose items with different "Product Availability" times -- for example, an in-stock delivery item along with a "Backorder" or "Preorder" item, each item will ship as it becomes available. There will be no extra charge for the shipment of these items.

Note: Please keep in mind that our warehouse does not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Sales Taxes

Best Computer Solution shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to states in which we have a location. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. In the event of a partial refund, the applicable sales tax will also be refunded.

Manufacturer's Warranty

All returns and replacements occurring after 30 days on merchandise and monitors from the invoice date must be made directly with the manufacturer. Sierra Wireless Card has a 1-year limited manufacture warranty. All computers have a one-year limited warranty. Computers under warranty will only relate to hardware issues, if the repair is a software related, the customer will be billed for _ the normal hourly rate. Manufacturer’s warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties may be available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

Product Returns (Last updated July 4, 2002)
All products returned to the Techstore will be allowed for the first (30) thirty days of ownership. Products purchased after August 4, 2002 are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If shipping was free, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from the amount refunded (prior to the 15% calculation).

In order to obtain a refund, please call 513-662-6175 or contactus@bcs24hrs.com and we will call you back. Please include your phone number order number, and which products you wish to return in your message or E-mail. If the product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging, it will be sent back to you. All products will be tested upon receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product is in working condition, it will be sent back to you.

The purchased product must be returned in “resalable condition” in order to obtain a full refund. The product must be returned prepaid to the supplied address. We do not accept collect shipments with this service. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of product ownership. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number. Service
